ELMNT
One platform · 16 modules · one login
Websites, hosting, client portals, CRM, projects, documents, billing, automation and AI — engineered as one system, run from one login, and operated by one team. Not another tool to bolt on.
Operating on ELMNT today
The platform
Every module writes to the same data layer, so a signed contract updates the project, the invoice and the client portal at once. Turn on what you need — the rest stays out of the way until you do.
Custom sites built, hosted and edited from the same dashboard.
A branded login where your customers see everything you share.
Contacts, pipeline, notes and every conversation in one record.
Scopes, milestones and approvals your clients can follow live.
Proposals, contracts and e-signature with expiry reminders.
Managed edge hosting, SSL, backups and uptime monitoring.
Registration, DNS and transfers without leaving the platform.
Branded video rooms with recordings and shareable join links.
Business numbers, call routing, recordings and voicemail.
Invoices, subscriptions and payouts reconciled automatically.
Trigger work across modules — no glue code, no zaps to babysit.
Drafts, summaries and answers grounded in your own data.
Traffic, revenue and pipeline on one instrumented surface.
Intake, quotes and applications that land straight in the CRM.
Shared inbox, tickets and SLAs across email, chat and portal.
REST, webhooks and typed SDKs for anything we didn't ship.
Stop juggling tools
Fragmented stacks fail in the gaps — the contract nobody copied into the CRM, the invoice nobody linked to the project. ELMNT removes the gaps by removing the seams.
Today
Twelve logins, twelve invoices, twelve exports. Nothing shares an identity, so every hand-off is a copy-paste and every report is a reconciliation.
On ELMNT
One login, one bill, one customer record every module reads and writes. Switch a module on and it already knows who your clients are.
Architecture
Every surface your business touches — public site, customer portal, staff console, inbox — reads from the same core. Underneath it, one Postgres data layer with row-level security, one identity model, one audit trail.
Inside the platform
This is the software your team works in every day and the software your clients log into. Same data, different doors.
Command centre
Revenue, pipeline, projects, sites and support in a single instrumented view — with the next action always one click away.
AI assistant
Generic chatbots start from nothing. ELMNT’s assistant is grounded in your own CRM, documents and projects, and it inherits the same permissions your team has — so it can never surface a record the person asking isn’t allowed to see.
Answers enquiries in your tone, with the client's history and open invoices already in context.
Turns a forty-message chain into three bullets and a next action, posted to the project.
Searches your documents, contracts and notes — and cites the file it took the answer from.
Chases the unsigned proposal, the unpaid invoice and the stalled milestone on schedule.
A portal assistant scoped strictly to that client's own records. Nothing leaks across accounts.
Solutions
Same platform, different starting configuration. We switch on the modules your sector needs, pre-load the forms and templates, and hand it over already populated with your data.

Onboarding
No implementation partner, no six-figure integration project, no year of discovery. We migrate you, we launch you, and then we run it.
A 30-minute session to map what you run today, what breaks, and which modules replace it.
We switch on your modules, apply your brand, and wire your domain, email and payments.
Contacts, documents, invoices and site content come across. You keep working while we do it.
Site goes live, portals open, tracking connects. We train your team on the surfaces they use.
We monitor, patch, back up and keep improving. One number to call when something matters.
Operating record
Measured continuously, not quoted from a brochure. Every number below is taken from the same monitoring that pages our on-call engineer.
Proof
Three teams that consolidated onto ELMNT, and what changed in the first ninety days.
Integrations
Consolidating doesn’t mean abandoning the tools that work. ELMNT syncs with the systems your business is already committed to — and the public API covers anything on this page we haven’t built yet.
Common questions
The questions every business asks before consolidating. If yours isn’t here, a 20-minute call will answer it faster than a form will.
No. Most teams start with the website, hosting and client portal, then switch on CRM, documents and finance as they retire the old subscriptions. Modules can be enabled in any order — the data layer is already shared, so nothing needs re-importing later.
Keep the ones that earn their place. ELMNT syncs with Stripe, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Slack and thirteen others, and the public API covers the rest. The goal is fewer systems of record, not fewer capabilities.
You do. Every module exports in open formats on demand, the site is yours to take with you, and we will hand over a full database export if you ever leave. No proprietary page format, no hostage domain, no exit fee.
Two to six weeks for most businesses, depending on how much content and history has to migrate. We scope it in a 30-minute session and give you a firm date before you sign anything.
Every table is protected by row-level security, staff accounts require two-factor authentication, and every write is recorded in an audit log. Client portals are fenced so one customer can never see another's records — that boundary is enforced in the database, not just the UI.
A named team, a shared inbox inside the platform, and monitoring that pages an engineer before you notice. Uptime, SSL, backups and deploys are watched around the clock; you are not filing a ticket into a queue.
